|TREASURY MINISTER - PHILIP OZOUF|
|FORMER CHIEF EXECUTIVE TO THE STATES OF JERSEY BILL OGLEY|
How important is it to get the office space filled on the new Esplanade Quarter?
Jersey Bloggers have been leaked an email exchange between Former Chief Minister, Terry Le Seur - former Chief Executive Bill Ogley and Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf.
This all centres around The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) wanting to purchase Jersey Post's (JP) Broad Street Office so that they could expand their business.
It does make for interesting reading. Why didn't the purchase go ahead? It would have been good for local business and win win situation for everyone as Chief Executive Bill Ogley explains.
Only yesterday Deputy Le Fondré was asking for independent experts to check the finances of the project. This was from the JEP.
I emailed the Chief Minister on the 19th January witch can be read below. I have yet to receive a reply from the Chief Minister.
